Our site is past the end of support, and we can't make certain actions work.
We have 3 updates that need to be installed, and their statuses are:
Configuration Manager 2309 (Prerequisite check passed with warnings).
- Potential SQL server performance issue caused by change tracking retention period.
- Check if the site uses the Asset Intelligence sync point role. (it doesn't)
- Co-Management workload slider for resource access policies towards Configuration Manager is no longer supported.
- Network Access Account (NAA) account usage alert.
Configuration Manager 2403 (Installing, with Prerequisite check warning) but is stuck on Installation->Check site readiness
Configuration Manager 2409 (was Installing, but I restarted the download, and is now stuck after Download was completed, others are not started)
My questions are:
How can I make these updates complete?
Is there a way to cancel all of the updates, and do them one by one with no errors?
I tried to restart all of the updates, but it only restarts 2409 for some reason or the other.
When I try to get real time support, it asks for Contract ID (Access ID, Contract ID) or Add Subscription (Subscription ID, Administrator Email), but I have no clue where any of these are located. I assume I am signed in with the Administrator Email, but it still asks for these.
