From your picture, I can see it showing server not responding in logs. Check the Activity Log of the Communication Service to ensure the purchase was successful.
Use the Azure CLI to confirm the purchased phone numbers are associated with your Communication Service. See:
az communication phonenumbers list --resource-group <resource-group-name> --communication-service-name <service-name>
It generally can take a few minutes for purchased phone numbers to appear.
