Were you able to receive the test email after creating the training campaign - please try this.
There could be several reasons why you're not receiving the email from the Attack Simulator Training campaign:
- Emails are being caught in your spam filter or junk folder: Check your spam/junk folder to see if the training emails are ending up there.
- The group you added yourself to is not part of the targeted users in the campaign: Make sure the group you added yourself to is included in the users targeted by the campaign.
- The campaign hasn't started yet or has already ended: Even though you mentioned that the campaign doesn't have an end time, ensure it has started and is still ongoing.
- There may be a delay in the system: Depending on the size of the group and the number of campaigns running simultaneously, it may take some time for the system to send out all the training emails.
- Incorrect email address in the campaign: Make sure the email address used in the campaign is correct.
