Hi @Arpita Das
Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.
To resolve the issue of verifying your custom domain in Azure Communication Services, you need to ensure that you can add the required TXT record to your domain registrar.
1.Kindly reach out to your domain registrar's support team to inquire about the issue with adding the TXT record. They may be able to assist you with a solution or provide alternative methods to add the record.

2.If your current registrar does not support adding TXT records, consider transferring your domain to a registrar that does.
3.Since you mentioned difficulties with the Azure-managed domain, ensure that you are taking the correct steps to configure the sender’s email address. While the default sender address is set by Azure, you can switch to a custom domain once it is verified.
4.Once you are able to add the TXT record, please proceed with the steps to verify your custom domain. This involves adding the TXT record, allowing time for DNS propagation (which may take 15 to 30 minutes), and then checking the verification status.
5.After verifying your domain, you will need to set up SPF and DKIM records to authenticate your emails properly. This will allow you to send emails from your desired team email address.
