    Hello Himanshu Singhal,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

0x500ff typically indicates that the shutdown was initiated by the system, often due to a critical issue or a specific administrative action. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Check Event Logs: Review the system event logs to identify any related events that occurred around the time of the shutdown. Look for Event IDs such as 1074, 41, 6008, and 6009, which can provide more context about the shutdown.
    2. Review System Updates: Ensure that all system updates, including Windows updates and driver updates, are installed. Sometimes, pending updates can cause unexpected shutdowns.
    3. Hardware Check: Verify that there are no hardware issues, such as overheating or power supply problems, which could trigger an automatic shutdown.
    4. Software Conflicts: Check for any recently installed software or updates that might be causing conflicts. Uninstalling or updating these programs might resolve the issue.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,
