Universal Print printing Random Gibberish from Azure Virtual Desktop

Hi

I have TOSHIBA e-STUDIO339CS printer registered to Universal Print. I have mapped the printer on the AVD and When printing from AVD the printing random gibberish characters.

I am print a Word document and also tried print test page from printer properties both have same printing experience.

    Thanks for sharing the information. In continuation with anashetty, I would like to share the solution here.

    Universal Print: The e-STUDIO339CS is not included in the list of models compatible with Microsoft Universal Print according to Toshiba's official documentation which means cloud printing capabilities may be limited but the printer remains operational for local printing needs, where as TOSHIBA e-STUDIO339CS is a supported model for both Mopria and e-BRIDGE Print & Capture.
