I have a Windows 10 machine which runs two services

The one of them (which is served through IIS) cannot be accessed from any PC in the same network but the localhost. The other one, runs perfect and is accessible from anyone within the same netowork

The services I acces from any PC on the same network is: filebrowser on port 8090

The services I cannot access from another PC is: myrtille on port 9595

Myrtille runs on the aforementioned Windows 10 machine (the one which is installed)

Any ideas?

    Hi @Pantelis Mantakidis,

Just to be on the safe side, how do I do it?

You need to set up inbound rules in the firewall to open port 9595. Simply refer to these steps:

    1. Open Firewall -> select Inbound Rules -> select New Rule
    2. Rule Type -> select Port option
    3. Protocol and Ports -> select TCP and Special local ports -> enter port 9595 in textbox
    4. Action -> select Allow the connection option
    5. Profile -> By default, all three options are selected
    6. Name -> Enter any name to identify this rule

    Best Regards,

    Xudong Peng
