My academic status is verified still I'm not granted student access in Microsoft Azure

I signed in to Azure using my personal Microsoft account. I then used my college email to verify my academic status. I completed the form and verified my student status. I then signed in to the Azure portal, but I still got a message that said "There are no subscriptions." It seems like I am also not granted any student access or benefits.
