Wsyncmgr.log from secondary sup fails with below error

SCCM - Secondary site server SUP is not syncing with Primary site SUP .It fails with below error and could not interpret what it means.Secondary SUP is newly built and there is no update in susdb hence no requirement to ckean up susdb. Sync failed: UssInternalError: InvalidOperationException: . Source: Microsoft.SystemsManagementServer.SoftwareUpdatesManagement.WsusSyncAction.WSyncAction.SyncWSUS

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Have we checked SUPSetup.log to see if the SUP is installed correctly? And check WCM.log, WSUSCtrl.log to see if there any error?
