To resolve the issue of redeeming Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses, where only one license can be registered instead of the 50 available, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that you have activated the Microsoft 365 Business Premium benefit through the Founders Hub Portal. This benefit supports up to 50 users for one year from the activation date.
- Log in to the Microsoft 365 Portal and navigate to Billing > My Products > Microsoft 365 Business Standard.
- Under Buy Licenses, enter the total number of licenses you'd like to activate in the "New Quantity" field and save the changes.
If you receive an error message such as "It's already added to a different on Microsoft account," please confirm that the account you are using is not associated with another Microsoft 365 subscription.
