As mentioned here in this public documentation this standard logic app extension has the following dependencies.

Also, documents say the below two ways to install this extension if you have tried installation by following one method tried the other methods as well.

Install all dependencies automatically.

Download and install each dependency separately.

If you are still facing the issue I would suggest you to raise the GitHub issue as suggested in the same documentation.
