Intune managed computers Teams closing with event ID 10016
Hello!
First of all, we have talked with MS support several times regarding this issue, but it persists.
Only about 5% of our users on our infrastructure, which consists of hybrid-connected but mainly Intune-managed computers, are experiencing this problem. We deployed Microsoft Teams using the Bootstrapper method. Some of these computers are encountering issues where Teams crashes. We engaged MS Support to understand why this is happening. Their initial suggestions, as expected, were to either reinstall Teams or reinstall the computer.
Reinstalling the computer does resolve the issue, but we are dealing with approximately 50 computers, and we're unable to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. Even when we ask our Help Desk to reinstall these computers, we still cannot determine the real reason behind Teams crashing.
Has anyone else encountered similar errors?
