Dears,

I am testing MS Remote Help on macOS via WebApp and realized that the sharer screen is shown really small.

The remote help app is installed on the sharer's mac while the helper is on Windows via WebApp with both Edge and Chrome.

The sharer's mac I tested on both macOS 14 (Sonoma) and macOS 15 (Sequoia).

Also we have tried changing the resolution of both helper and sharer without benefit.

The tests were done from connections above 300Mb, so a bandwidth problem can also be ruled out.

Can you please help me ?

Attached is the screen of how the sharer screen is displayed.

    Hello,

In many remote assistance apps, resolution will be limited to 1080P. You can try to set a lower resolution and test if it is the same (by design and limited to 1080P)

You can use browser Zoom to make it bigger: Ctrl + + to zoom in.

Unfortunately I have already tried, but the problem still persists. The issue is only with the Mac, connection to a windows pc works fine. Also, using zoom, the screen becomes bigger but unusable because everything is blurry
