How to cancel Teams tasks created by former employee

Is there any other way around this issue described below?

I cannot edit a sheet on Team’s “Updates” application because a former employee is the owner and he is no longer with UPS.

I need to be able to make changes to his form, or have it deleted completely so it stops populating on the Specialists feed.

I am still seeing the Updates portion in Teams populate under former employee and we are still able to submit tasks. The former employee has not been with UPS since September 2024. We still cannot edit this form or even completely delete it to start a new.

    Hi @Frank Bortscheller

According to our test, only the owner of the Form can directly delete the Form on Update. Other users cannot directly delete the Form created by other users on Update.

The Form created in Update is essentially saved in the Dataverse table msmwt_reportdefinition.

As an administrator, you can go to the Dataverse table to delete the Form, but according to our test, even after deletion, the Form is still displayed on Update, and when you click it, it will show that the Form has been deleted.
