I can't activate Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Pro 2024

Question

So today, I installed Office LTSC and I tried activating it by changing the product key, but it always shows this:

Hi @Shaurya Singh,

Are you using a MAK key to activate the Office?

• If so, as Anthony LAVABRE suggested, ensure the key is valid first.

Is there any other Office product installed on the machine and not removed completely?

• Search CMD, right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command below in it, click Enter at last: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
• If there is other Office product information that affects Office 2024 activation, please remove it by typing the following command with the Last 5 characters of installed product key (I replace it with XXXXX, but what you type in is what you see on your computer) in this interface: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX
