FaceId Can't able to retrive on face detect api

We recently completed and submitted the required form for accessing the Face Detection API, and our request was successfully approved. Despite this approval, we are currently experiencing two critical issues. First, the API dashboard still indicates "limited access" on our account, suggesting that the full functionality has not yet been unlocked. This discrepancy is preventing us from fully utilizing the API as intended. Second, when we send requests to the API, we are not receiving any responses for the faceid parameter values, which are essential for our use case. This lack of response is severely hindering our ability to proceed with the integration and functionality testing of the API. We kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues to ensure that our account reflects the approved status and that the faceid parameter operates as expected.
