As a CoPilot subscriber, why am I still unable to access it on OneNote iPad (It’s greyed out)?

I have heard that Microsoft copilot is now available for home subscribers. I do see the Copilot symbol showing, but it’s greyed out. Am I the only one that this is happening to or is Microsoft still slowly rolling it out for iOS users? IMG_6767
