This problem started a few months back, assuming its the "latest" Window 10 update. Everything I update it, it kept trying to perform automatics repairs and then fails to update, it undo the update. Here's the update it is trying to complete:
Before it was optional, I could just shut down or restart as per normal but now it sometimes only give the option to update and shutdown/restart, I have also gotten my first bluescreen as well.

Hi Jacky, just wanted to add that I am having the exact same problems as you. I can help provide relatively detailed diagnostic information as I can reproduce the issue on my machine and I am somewhat familiar with troubleshooting windows. I have turned off automatic updates and restarting so I have the problem relatively under control however it still tries to sneak in installs sometimes.
Every time my system attempts to install this update, it blue screens and automatic repair uninstalls the update for me which fixes it until the next automatic update/restart.
It has been happening for a month or two now so any insight would be helpful. I can provide system info if needed.

I think you should run the Windows Update Troubleshooter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters and select Windows Update.

Thank you for your help but I try this 3 times, after diagnosis I went to window update and download the update and restarted it manually, it was still attempting the repairs and then undoing the update.
So after I ran the troubleshooting, I went to windows update and wait for it to download the 2 updates. I then restarted the PC and this is what happen:
