I passed the Microsoft 365 Administrator exam on December 21st, 2024. However, I am still unable to find the certification reflected on my portal. Could you please inform me about the expected time it typically takes for the certificate to appear on my account?

Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi Mahesh,

Do you have at least one of the 5 prerequisite certifications (MD-102, MS-203 (retired), MS-700, SC-300, SC-400). One of these is required in addition to passing MS-102 exam in order to earn Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification.

If you don't have one of the five prerequisites then you just need to pass one of the five exams within one year of when you passed MS-102 and both certifications will show up.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was helpful.

    Thanks.
