Hello Soni, Welcome to MS Q&A
The Azure Backup Reservation is applicable to backup data stored in the vault-standard tier of the Recovery Services Vault. When you purchase Azure Backup Storage reserved capacity, it applies to any existing Azure Backup Storage data that matches the terms of the reservation. If you haven't created any Azure Backup Storage data yet, the reservation will apply whenever you create a resource that matches the terms of the reservation.
To check the storage used by the Recovery Services Vault backup items, you can use the "Backup Items" tab in the Azure Backup reports. This tab provides information and trends on cloud storage consumed at a Backup-item level. For instance, if you're backing up SQL databases in an Azure VM, you can see the cloud storage consumed for each SQL database being backed up.
You can access these reports by following these steps:
- Go to the Business Continuity Center.
- Select "Reports."
- Choose "Backup Reports."
- Select the relevant workspace(s) on the Get started tab.
This will allow you to view the storage usage for your backup items effectively.
