Authentication tab in network properties is missing.

I have tried all the given solutions in the internet, but still the tab does not appear in network device properties. I am using Windows 11. An authentication option comes in Ethernet settings but that does not work properly and I cannot save any changes made to that. Please help!!!

    Try these steps:

    1. Enable Wired AutoConfig Service:
    • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
    • Find Wired AutoConfig, right-click, and choose Properties.
    • Set Startup type to Automatic and click Start.
    1. Check Network Adapter Settings:
    • Go to Device ManagerNetwork Adapters.
    • Right-click your adapter → Properties.
    • Look for 802.1X settings under Advanced tab.
    1. Group Policy Check (for Pro versions):
    • Press Win + R, type gpedit.msc.
    • Navigate to Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Network → Wired Network (IEEE 802.3) Policies.
    • Enable Enable network authentication.

    Restart and check again. Try these steps:
