We are facing issues unlocking our redeemed Azure Credits. We have 25k Azure credits remaining on our founders hub balance but we do not see an option to access this credits on Azure. If we check our balance on https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/ it says "This account does not have an active Sponsorship.". We already filled out the form on the Azure website to enable the microsoft sponsorship subscription and it is also listed in our Azure subscription overview.

We do not understand whether we now have access to the credits when creating instances in azure or not. Our balance is also still on 25,000 $ (and not a smaller amount). We really would like to start build stuff on azure :)

Thanks a lot for your help!

Log into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, go to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section. This is a common step to ensure that the credits are properly linked to your account

There isn't a direct way to reset your redemption history. However, the support team should be able to assist you with any issues related to your account and credits.

I would request you to open a Support ticket with Founders Hub support team, by following the below steps: https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/signup?drawer_open=true Please click on "Support" on this page to submit support ticket.

Hi Elya - There are certainly a few possibilities, here but also wanted note that the first screenshot you showed of the Sponsorship portal will only be available to the Azure Account owner (separate from the Founders Hub owner). "This account does not have an active sponsorship" will show for anyone who attempts to log in to the Sponsorship portal who is not the account owner.
