Hi,

Me and my team are upgrading and training a bunch of new models with the 4.0 release, but we've hit a roadblock. Were on a S0 Tier paid service but getting this error message:

TrainingHoursLimitNeural
Account cannot train more than 10 hours of custom neural models within the allowed period. To increase the training limit, refer to https://aka.ms/neural-paid-training-4.0

None of us have any coding skills and we only use the DocInt studio to manage and build models.

@Jan Martin Was this a resource whose pricing tier was upgraded to S0 after it was initially created under Free tier?

I have seen cases in the past where the studio does not pull in the correct tier under settings and requests were limited to free tier limits if you did not logoff the studio and login again. For example, does your settings fully show the tier of your resource under S0?

I would request to logoff and login or try a different browser and retry the training.

If the error still persists you might need to raise a support case from Azure portal to check if there are any soft limits set on this subscription or resource that could still pull in the 10 hour limit for an S0 resource. Thanks!!

We only have one recource group and the tier is S0, so i dont understand why its limiting me from training additional models. It is however, as you say. the tier was free initially.

I've tried to raise a support case, but the "autocomplete" just tells me that i have to use a Bash to increase the training limit. Problem is that i have no idea where i increase the training limit. We are several people all using the same studio on different computers with different browsers.

You can choose to spend all of 10 free hours on a single model build with a large set of data, or utilize it across multiple builds by adjusting the maximum duration value for the build operation by specifying maxTrainingHours:

@Jan Martin I understand that you do not want to use the API and the studio should enable you to train for more than 10 hours, let me check this internally to understand if this is a bug and I will provide an update as soon as I receive a response. Thanks!!

@Jan Martin I have confirmation from the product team that this feature is not supported from the studio yet. This is part of the studio feature backlog and will be added in the future. To use for more than 10 hours, the API method is the current option with S0 tier. The documentation is not updated with this limitation yet, we are checking to add this as a limitation in the documentation. Thanks!!
