Domain related issues logging into a microsoft account

So I am attempting to log into an account on a PC/monitor setup for my Universtity Club. The setup can connect to the Uni's ethernet but cannot connect to internet. I have connected this setup to the Uni's ethernet but when I go to log in I get the message:

'We can't sign you in with this credential because your domain isn't available. Make sure your device is connected to your organisation's network and try again. If you previously signed in on this device with another credential, you can sign in with that credential.'

I know that other people have logged onto this account on this setup before. But currently cannot seem to be able to.

What are somethings that I can try to fix this issue?

    Here are several steps you can try to resolve it:

    1. Ensure your device is connected to your organization's network. If you're using Wi-Fi, try switching to a wired connection or vice versa.
    2. If your account is part of the Protected User Group, it might be causing issues. Contact your IT administrator to check and possibly remove you from this group.
    3. Disable Local Caching of Logon Credentials: Open the Run dialog (Windows + R), type secpol.msc, and press Enter. Navigate to Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options. Find Interactive logon: Number of previous logons to cache and set it to 0.
    4. Ensure your DNS settings is correct.
    5. If your user profile is corrupted, it can prevent login. Open the Run dialog (Windows + R), type regedit, and press Enter. Navigate to HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList. Identify and delete the corrupted profile (the one without a .bak extension).
