I'm being denied access to the Log Analytics Demo environment all of a sudden after having access. How to fix?

I want to connect to the Log Analytics Demo environment which I previously had access to for learning KQL log queries for my new job. All of a sudden I'm getting an error preventing me from accessing the demo environment. I'm not sure what I've done differently other than sign out. Please help me as I was finding it very helpful in previous days and weeks.

    Thank you for your patience. It appears to be an access issue, and your permissions might have been removed. Please contact the subscription owner and request the following access to regain access to the Log Analytics workspace.

    Ensure you have sufficient permissions on the Log Analytics Workspace.

    • Confirm that your account is assigned a role such as Log Analytics Contributor, Reader, or other relevant roles.
