I need to create the VM with A100 v4 GPU, but my quota is exceeds. It shows '24 vCPUs are needed for this configuration, but only 0 vCPUs (of 0) remain for the Standard NCADS_A100_v4 Family vCPUs'. Show possible solutions.

    Hi Pranav,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
By default, the vCPU quota limit for the N-series VM family is set to 0 in Azure subscriptions. To enable the N-series VM family, you must request a vCPU quota increase for a specific region. The subscription quota and capacity management team will review and approve your request accordingly.

To increase the quota, you need to raise a request as explained in the below reference.
Increase regional vCPU quotas - Azure Quotas | Microsoft Learn
For complete quota information, see Azure subscription and service limits, quotas, and constraints.
