Getting late response in insights/shared api even user shared a doc with me

One user share folder with me but when I used https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/insights/shared

API but not in present in response

can anyone help me with filter out response by file name shared or after what duration I should wait to reflect sharing

According to your description, we conducted a test on this endpoint. When other users shared documents with me, they could get the files shared through the /me/insights/shared endpoint in about one or two minutes. The test results are as follows:

For the response we can use the $filter query parameter to filter, but after testing, unfortunately the file name does not support filtering, you can filter according to the file type or the person sharing.
