For several weeks, we have been experiencing a major problem on most of our SCCM client workstations. When viewing the "Installation Status" tab, it returns almost no data or displays very little information. The problem affects many workstation.

We have performed several troubleshooting actions, including a reset of the SCCM policies (reset policy), a repair of the SCCM client (ccmrepair), as well as a complete reinstallation of the SCCM client. However, these steps did not resolve the problem.

We would like to know if this problem is related to a known bug in the SCCM client or server, or if there are additional steps to check to diagnose and resolve this problem.

Thank you

    Hi, @Rabia BEZZAZ

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

You may check the deployment status for the applications in the Monitoring workspace under the Deployments node. If the compliance is stuck at 0%, it could indicate that the client is having trouble downloading content or that there is an underlying issue with the client. And like Garth mentioned, if you deleted the deployment in SCCM console, the installation status will be removed in software center.
