Hi,

Azure container apps support scale down to 0 in both dedicated and consumption plan. I want to know what is the typical time required for scaling. I understand that it will depend upon factors like container startup time etc., but please give a indicative figure assuming that container startup time is just few milliseconds.

Thanks

@Rajiv Bansal Thanks for your follow-up questions on this.

Container Apps support scaling-in and scaling-out the replicas to 0 and from 0 to N number of replicas.

Regarding the time take to scale a new replica to run your application there is no idle/default/SLA time that has been shared by Container apps Product team as it depends on multiple factors as you have called it out.

Let me know if you have any further questions
