I can't associate any app with Microsoft Store since 14 December on last Visual Studio 17.12.3.

I tried it on the fresh installation of Windows 11 and Visual Studio, the same error message persists.

Link offered in the Visual Studio is only for enterprise clients of Microsoft Store (that use Microsoft Azure AD accounts). They do not support individual developers.

What is wrong with your services this time? I tried with my friend account similar error occurs.

For more context I login to Visual Studio with account that have no Microsoft Store relation.

I added secondary account to Visual Studio to access to Microsoft Store, this is account that I selected from a list in the association dialog. I hope you login to Microsoft Store API with correct account (the account I selected, not the account that sync settings for Visual Studio).
