SCCM config.ini file keeps returning error when trying to silent install Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager on windows server 2025

My config file looks correct, but the setup keeps giving me an error that says the config.ini syntax is incorrect

Have we tried to silent install MECM on other version of windows server successfully? It seems windows server 2025 is not listed as the available version to host a Configuration Manager site or site system role.
