Schannel error on Windows Server 2022 backgroundTaskHost

Question

I am seeing a lot of Schaneel Errors with event id 36871

"A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013."

The SSPI client process is backgroundTaskHost with different PIDs everytime.

It is happening on a lot of servers and events are very frequent.

TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are disabled are on all the server and TLS 1.2 is enabled. Same for client and server side.
