Hello,
I have an enterprise Azure subscription and I have the following issue: I am trying to access an Azure OpenAI resource (location is Sweden Central and France Central) via Azure Foundry AI (the default way). I want to deploy some Azure Open AI Models, but if I navigate to the Deployments page (on this page I have displayed some deployments that were created before the Azure AI Foundry update) and try to deploy a base model, the page displays "No models to display". I receive the same message if I go to the Model Catalog page.
I tried to create a project based on the specific Resource. If I search for the Azure OpenAI models, I see only these models displayed (see the below image) without taking into account all third-party models.
Can you help me solve this issue, please? Thank you!

I understand that you are experiencing some issues with accessing and deploying Azure OpenAI models in the Sweden Central and France Central regions.
I am currently working on a project within Azure AI Foundry and have noticed that only i am able to see the models certain Azure OpenAI models are displayed.
- Start by clearing your browser's cookies and cache, as this can sometimes resolve display issues.
- Ensure that your Azure subscription is linked to a region that supports the models you are trying to access. Model availability can vary by region.
- After clearing your cache, log out of your Azure account and then log back in. This can refresh your session and may help in displaying the available models correctly.

I tried clearing the cookies and cache, logging out, and then logging in to my Azure account, but I am facing the same issue.
Regarding the Azure subscription, I think you mean to check that my created resources are in the regions that support the models I need because I don't see a way to check the subscription's region.
I followed this guide when I created the resources in the Azure OpenAI and the projects/hubs in Azure Foundry AI.

Note that every Contributor or Admin from the subscription can see only those 5 models that I attached to the question. Are there any chances that there is an issue with the subscription that we have at Azure?

2024-12-17T16:59:19.4666667+00:00 I recommend reporting this issue to the Azure support team. They will be able to investigate the issue further and provide a more targeted solution. You can report the issue by following these steps:
- Go to the Azure portal and navigate to your OpenAI Service resource.
- Click on the "Support + troubleshooting" tab.
- Fill out the required information, including a detailed description of the issue and any steps you have taken to troubleshoot it.
- Submit the support request.
The Azure support team will review your request and provide assistance as soon as possible Azure support.
