Is it possible to show a specific table inside a popup using the popup template or in another way? I want to show an array of objects in the popup, where each key of the object is a column and each separate object a row filling each column with its values.
The only way I see that is possible right now (by looking at the Azure Maps examples), is to have the properties as rows in the popup table.

Hi, yes I did. Unfortunately, none of the pop-ups in that example feature what I'm asking in my question.

Did you try changing the contents within the template to have what you want? The source code for the sample is available in GitHub through the code link in the sample.
Note: https://samples.azuremaps.com/services-module/search-for-pois-along-route does show a table in the pop-up if that is specifically what you want.

The example you link doesn't show what I want. What I want is a table with columns for each property, not rows (as seen in your given example), like this:
| Property 1 | Property 2 |
|---|---|
| Item 1 property 1 | Item 1 property 2 |
| Item 2 property 1 | Item 2 property 2 |
