Microsoft Form into List Email Notifications

Question

I have created a form that exports into a list in Microsoft but I need someone else to be the one who gets an email notification when someone completes the form. How do I transfer this?

Does the list in Microsoft Lists, SharePoint?

If so, there is no rule option to meet your needs, you may need an Automated flow.
