Trying to get my application published on the MS Store and I opened a support ticket to have someone look into the issue and has been over a month and still not resolved. Anyone else having this issue? I was able to upload my app to the site and it states that it's "in draft " when all the items show Complete. I also keep getting a error stating that I need to update my tax profile and when I go to the "Payout and tax profiles" section. There isn't anything there that will allow me to set up.

when I go to the "Payout and tax profiles" section. There isn't anything there that will allow me to set up.
You must be an Incentive admin to create or manage payment and tax profiles in Partner Center. Incentive roles must be assigned to each Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program location under each incentive program. To request Incentives admin permissions, contact your Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program partner admin.

2024-12-10T12:56:06.6633333+00:00 2411270040011392 - the issue is that to sell apps on the microsoft store it forces you to login with a personal account and not the business account. When you do that, it doesnt show the tax profile section.

2024-12-11T12:20:42.9433333+00:00 The problem with that is the lack of communication. I go days without anything and about to switch my app to Apple since this is taking so long to get resolved.
