DC replication issues

I have three domain controllers called DCDAYCO, SRVDC2 AND SLISRVDCDAYCO (THIS IS LOCATED IN DAYCOHOST, A CLOUD SERVICE) I have the other two located in VMWARE, I have replication problems between dcdayco, which is the main one, with slisrvdcdayco
