    Hello,

Some reasons just like Group Policies,Scripts or Automated Tasks,Print Server Issues all could related to this issue, if there were recent updates or changes to the server’s configuration, it could have affected the print services. Ensure that updates are not disrupting the print queues.

Review Event Logs: Check the application and system logs in Event Viewer on the print server for any relevant events or errors that occurred around the time the print queue was deleted.

Recreate the Queue: If necessary, recreate the print queue, taking note of all the steps and changes made.

Monitor the System: After recreation, monitor the system closely to see if the print queue gets deleted again. If it does, examine what changes were made or what events occurred immediately before the deletion.

Use Auditing: If the problem persists and you cannot identify the cause, consider enabling auditing for object access on the print server to track changes made to the print queues.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian

@Mohamed Razeen Hania needs to help you with the PrintService logs in a bit more detail.

On the print server enable the PrintService / Operational logs. This is a print server so increase the log size the Microsoft default of 1mb is not good for print servers. Start with 8mb to 15mb. It depends on how busy the print server is.

Details for enabling the logging level. https://www.papercut.com/kb/Main/LogPrintJobsInEventViewer/

Look for events 301 and 302. The User on this event will be the guilty party.

    Thanks
