PostgresException: 42P01: relation "waitdb" does not exist

Hi,

I was having a trouble about 42P01:relation when using postgres sql, Here's the code that i've been using and for my tables here's the table.

For my configuration, is there something wrong with it? Thank you for response, since i am new to c#
