Connection issue and no error while configuring VPC: We are looking to get help on connecting container apps and app services on the same VPC through Grpc for our SOC 2 compliance

We are looking to get help on connecting container apps and app services on the same VPC through Grpc for our SOC 2 compliance.
There is no error and the connection is not going through. But if they are not in VPC with the exact same architecture the connection goes through.
