Copilot stuck on Loading, switching between 2 Urls every half a second

Hi,
I work in an company as IT Admin, we rolled out Copilot (Weblink) for all Users to use. Its the Business Editon where no data ist stored in MS Database. We have an Azure Hybrid connection on site.
Since last week some users are stuck on the "loadingscreen" for Copilot. Weird behaviour, but clearing cache&cookies, changing browser, deleting userprofile, etc. doesn't work.
Infact the problem moves with the user, if they log in a device they never been on before, the Problem again occurs. They are all admins, so login in with their admin works fine. With same Userprofile and no incognito mode. So i figured it has something to do with their user. I cut the azure sync and synched them again. I haven't found a similar case online, there was a different OU created, but the other users in this OU have no problem at all. I

Jonathan Harrison 20 Reputation points2024-12-05T10:39:40.7233333+00:00 I've run into the same problem when using the stay logged in feature with those settings and once I logged out and then back in it resolved the issue, for me it was I was logged in under two users one admin and one not that cause the error for me.

2024-12-16T10:24:14.6733333+00:00 It didn't resolve it for us. They logged out, tried incognito mode, tried logging in as different user and then logging in copilot with their broken user and it loops endlessly.

I still don't know why these both users. They have an admin account, that isn't linked to his user.
Logging in a new freshly deployed device with the corrupt user and it isn't working... logging in copilot with their admins and it works.
Weird..
