Hi,
I am getting a error "Unable to initialize operation details for swagger based operation - Analyze_Document_for_Prebuilt_or_Custom_models_(v3.x_API). Error details - Operation Id cannot be determined from definition and swagger" in the Azure Logic app

Could you please share the error message, screenshot to check and assist you further. Also, are you facing this issue for the all the runs or only specific run.
Alternatively, as a workaround you try using this Document Models - Analyze Documents REST API to perform the same operation.

The error message: Analyze Document for Prebuilt or Custom models (v3.x API) give an error Unable to initialize operation.
This issue occurs across all workflows within the same Logic Apps. However, when I delete the "Analyze Document for Prebuilt or Custom Models (v3.x API)" and re-add it, the issue gets resolved.
Since this has happened twice, and deleting the model leads to several modifications related to it, the stability of the Logic App is now in question.
We need a detailed root cause analysis to understand why this is happening repeatedly and to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

To benefit the broader community that may be facing this issue, removing /formrecognizer from the path property of the connector should correct this issue. You can switch to code view on the step hitting the error to make this modification.
