Win 11 Multi-App Kiosk Pinned Apps no longer showing when updated to 24H2

We recently started updating our computers to 24H2 and in the process it appears to have broken our assigned access configuration by hiding all of our pinned apps on the start menu. Prior to this, all of our allowed applications were pinned and visible on the start menu with no issue. How can we fix this?

In terms of things we have tried, re-applying the xml config didn't fix anything, everything in the xml is still accurate (we have non-updated computers running 23H2 still using this config just fine), and the event viewer isn't showing anything out of the ordinary. We have also tried updating the drivers and rolling back the 24H2 feature update on the computer. Still nothing. The only thing I haven't tried yet is just wiping the device and starting over but that's only because I'm troubleshooting the computer remotely so I couldn't re-provision it afterwards.

    @Miguel Mendoza, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems the issue is only with windows 11 24H2. Recently, I have met Multi-App Kiosk app icon issue on this version as well. I suggest open case with windows 11 support to look into the issue.
