Customer Journeys - Data install

Question

If I have Microsoft D365 Marketing for four years I think, does that now include Customer Journeys-Data? It is not installed and I want to know if it costs extra to install. Also, as of Nov 2024, why is my app in D365 Still called Microsoft Marketing?

If you have been using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing for about four years, it might be wondering if Customer Journeys-Data is included. Right now, Customer Journeys-Data is part of the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights suite. If it’s not installed, you may need to buy it separately. I recommend checking with your Microsoft account representative to find out if there are any extra costs based on your subscription.

Regarding your app is still called Microsoft Marketing, this could be because of a recent branding change. Microsoft often updates product names, and sometimes it takes time for the changes to show up everywhere.
