@KT, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know the device is not showing in Intune portal.
To clarify the issue, please go to the affected device to check the following information:
- Please go to Settings->Accounts->Access work or school->Find the account, check if the "info " button is there and click it to see what the management server is. Please get a screen shot. (hide any sensitive information when you upload screen shot).
- Please let us know what enrollment method we use, GPO enrollment, Autopilot or co-management?
- Before we rename the device, can we see the device in Intune portal?
