Device enrolled on Entra ID is successful but is missing on intune

Recently, i have assign a spare PC to one of our user and then change the PC name to his name let's just called it PC-ABC.

On the Azure Directory, and Entra ID, i can see that this device is there with the new name PC-ABC

However, this Device cannot be found on Intune of our organization, how can this happen when all other devices has no issue?

I have tried to refresh on intune and after 3 days, the device is still not showing up.

Anybody has similar encounter? What solution do we have?

    @KT, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know the device is not showing in Intune portal.

    To clarify the issue, please go to the affected device to check the following information:

    1. Please go to Settings->Accounts->Access work or school->Find the account, check if the "info " button is there and click it to see what the management server is. Please get a screen shot. (hide any sensitive information when you upload screen shot).
    2. Please let us know what enrollment method we use, GPO enrollment, Autopilot or co-management?
    3. Before we rename the device, can we see the device in Intune portal?
