Do you have MS Auth App installed and can you locate that user account there? When selecting the account, you will find the recurring xxx-xxx code there. You could also ask the IT support to re-register MFA for you. Same time, ask them to check, is your mobile number and personal email adress correct in alternative authorization methods. And are we talking here about M365 user account or something else? :)
Multifactor authentication app
Hi, Please I am having issues to log into my NHS Pensions account more than a month. I have contacted my IT team in trust, NHS pensions and everyone who could potentially help me. When I try to log in it says that a code is being sent to my authentication app but unfortunately I can’t find a code. I have been advised to put my recovery code given when I registered with NHS Pensions but I could not find the recovery code from my email.
when I try to log in they give the option to put a recovery code from the MAF but I can’t find a code there.
Please I need help.
Kind regards,
Alioune

I have indeed the app installed to my phone. I do receive all other code from different website or app. But when it comes to my NHS pensions login I do not receive a code. I am unsure why and it says a code has been sent to the app.
I will contact IT again
