Request to Manage OpenAI Credits for Startup

Hello everyone,

I have redeemed OpenAI credits from the Microsoft for Startups dashboard as we planned to release our software. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we postponed the release of our MVP, impacting the credits usage. As a result, all the redeemed credits remain unconsumed. Our startup, Proctor AI, needs those credits for our initial launch.

Is it possible for someone from the Azure team to cancel my current credits and allow me to redeem them again? If that’s not feasible, could the credit limit be extended so we can at least utilize a portion of the credits? Otherwise, all the redeemed credits would be wasted. I kindly request the team to look into this issue.
