Runbook which used to work normal has stopped working

I use my runbook to create 10-50 VM 6 something local time in the morning and it used to work prefectly. But it stopped working since 13 Oct 2024 Hong Kong Time.

There's no error. Just that I've checked the VM from portal and all VMs are here which supposed to be empty. Then I go back to the runbook jobs and see those schedule ran at 10 something in the morning but the schedule tasks are still showing 06:30-06:40 tomorrow.

Check that your runbook schedule is active and set up correctly. Sometimes it can be turned off or misconfigured. Make sure the time zone is correct and the runbook triggers at the right time.

Even though there are no errors, it's important to check the runbook logs for any warnings or messages that might explain why the VMs aren't being created. Look for any issues in the logs around the time it ran.

Check if you've reached any limits in your Azure subscription. Azure restricts the number of VMs you can create per region and subscription. If you've hit the limit, new VMs may not be created, even if there are no errors.
