How to reactive my student account without add payment method?

Hi,

I used my college email address applied a student account last year, and the credit is expire now. How to reactive this credit without add payment method in this account?

I check my Cost management + Billing channel and the expire credit is up to $200. As a student, this is important for me.

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    Azure does allow students to renew the free account for another 12 months if they still meet the eligibility criteria. Ensure that you are still enrolled at an accredited educational institution, microsoft may ask for proof of enrollment. If yes, go to the Azure for Students page and follow the steps to apply again using your student email. If you're eligible, Microsoft will provide you with additional free credits.

    If you have exhausted all credits and cannot reactivate your student account, you could consider transitioning to the Azure Free Account, which provides free tiers of various services (but without the $100 credit). Note that a payment method may be required, but Microsoft won’t charge unless you exceed the free limits

    Thanks for your reply, The situation for me is a bit different.

    I enrolled in one program in 2022 at an accredited educational institution and I graduate from the program 2024 August. Then I enrolled in a new program (different from the previous one) Sep. 2024 but as I study at the same accredited educational institution, my student emails in these two programs are the same from this educational institution.

    I registerred in the student account in 2023 as my first program and the credit is expire. Now, I want to register as a student again as this is my second program but the email address is the same and I cannot register again. The Azure student page will jump out that my college email address has registerred and I cannot find a new page to continue my registration. Also, I delete my "Azure for Student" Subscription, Could you please add that for me? thanks!
