I transfer files from the server to my personal computer via remote control, I'm using the option on remote >> show options. local resources tab >> more >> drivers,
But it takes a very long time, and sometimes it does not transfer, so what is the cause of the problem, can you help me?

    RDP isn't really designed for file transfers. Yes it works and is possible, but it isn't going to be ideal. Might consider ftp or other network connection methods.
